This was a rough winter

And sadly I lost my only Agouti female. I watched as she lost weight, until I found her dead with blood coming from her nose. Soon others started to lose weight, so I rushed a few off to the Vet. They were diagnosed with Pneumonia. All but one made a speedy recovery with Antibiotics, but for Crème, my Siamese Hoody, things were not looking better. So a second visit to the vet and a shot of Cortisone and 24 hours later she was eating again. Not out of the woods yet, so let's just hope that I only bury one this season.

Smokey, you will be missed. After all, who is Abe going to boink this spring?
